This Kit includes four smaller 16 mm Diameter Magnets for the Post Mount
 
These 16 mm diameter magnets replace the original Post Mount Magnets with a 30% weaker magnet.  These neodymium magnets are still plenty strong  and provide a rock solid connection for a small camera with a little less power than the originals.  This might be just right for some setups.  The kit includes four magents, four flathead screws, four lock nuts, four washers, and an allen wrench.  This Kit has everything you need to attach these magnets precisely to your Post Mount.
